CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens! To make sure I can accommodate all my clients as best as possible, I kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: 1. Cancellations: • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 2. No-Shows: • If you miss your appointment without letting me know, half the cost(50%) of the service will be charged. 3. Late Arrivals: • If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service so I can stay on time for the next client. A card on file is required to book all appointments. Any fees from late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to this card. Thank you so much for understanding!
